1. Accountant
Job Summary：We are seeking a talented individual for the Accountant position located in New York. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and a dynamic and professional work environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
• Accounting analysis and reconciliation for company accounts,
• Prepare and record journal entries and ensure integrity of financial data
• Perform high-transactional bank reconciliations,
• Collaborate with a/r and a/p to ensure timely recording of bank activity
• Detailed daily cash management reporting
• Maintain financial regulatory reporting calendar and ensure all required internal and external reporting deadlines are met
• Audit participation as directed
• Ongoing review for process improvement,
• Assist in preparing accounting regulatory reporting
• All responsibilities performed in accordance with GAAP and company policy
Required Background/Skills:
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Two years experience as a Accountant in a fast paced environment better
• College degree required
• Polished, articulate, and detail-oriented
• Advanced Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to interact professionally with employees of all levels within the firm; strong communication skills are highly desirable

2. Asset Management Manager
【Job Summary】
We are seeking a full-time talented manager, who will work as part of a team and maximize the performance and value of the company's portfolio of real estate assets that are owned through acquisitions. Since we operate the hotel, resort or conference center as well as expand them, the asset management manager should be experienced in hotel management and construction management.
【Job Description】
Responsibilities will include:
• Assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operations of the assigned portfolio.
• Cooperate with third party management company to improve the performance of the real estate assets. Oversee third party property managers and leasing agents.
• Join the regular meeting on behalf of the owner.
• Collect the financial reports of the real estate assets and report to the supervisor.
• In charge of the extension of the building and make sure the quality and schedule of the construction.
Required Background/Skills:
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.
• Bachelors’ Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, accounting and/or real estate
• Polished, articulate, and detail-oriented
• Over three years’ experience in hotel management or construction management
